It passes the whole time.
It is less likely, if every few hours still nourishes your baby for itself the whole day, and the whole night AND you didn\'t have any cycle return, but it always is possible if you have sex.

Only because you don\'t let no cycle meant, you are not fertile.
If you, since you have another baby, don\'t plan, you should discuss birth control possibilities with your doctor.
