Need support, nursing DURING pregnant?

I really don\'t want to lose my new baby, but my 1 year old daughter won\'t give up to work as a nurse, she/it still is at this phase where she/it rejects the most meal, and during the night must do her/it/them as a nurse I in order to sleep and some times. Have no one of you BFed während preggo? ICHsorgten itself \'m, as I provide für me, must I take special vitamins?
