Should I bring Lamivudine for hepatitis B while I am pregnant?

I found that I have hepatitis b as I had the pregnancy, that blood during my 2. Month prüft. I took another Blutpr at a liver center with 4 monthsüfung. The old level was with 77, and viral load was 3,000,000. with 7 months, I took another Blutprwith 60 stand üfung, and OLD, and viral load is 6,960,000. I always has goört, that you should avoid to take any medication, during Sie\'wieder pregnant. The liver doctor now wants to treat me with lamivudine, I am with 8 months. my obgyn said, thereß I the liver doctor should follow, \'s-Empfehlung. AberAber read I on a Broschüre, sent to me of the city Public Health department, that HBV-Behandlungen are not recommended anti-viral during the pregnancy. I want to nurse my baby, and the Broschnursing said üre, safe is, and HBV is not transferred by breast milk. But my liver doctor said, thereß the virus in breast milk is found. I am confused.

Maybe DieDie information of the web site, that is quoted this treatment of lamivudine under states during the last phases of the pregnancy, prevents transmission of the virus to the baby. But I wit proposes ürde that you get another opinion about it.
If you, while you are pregnant, don\'t negotiate, there is a 90 percent of chance of it to pass on HBV to your child. But she/it können the baby immediate treatment gives, and then, the baby will have a 90-95 percent of chance to address in regard to the treatment. Treatment schließt a shot of the hepatitis in birth B immune globulin (HBIG) and a vaccine one. The nächsten six month, two follow-up cans of the vaccine should be given.
Incidentally Although HBV is present at breast milk, there is not any proof that hepatitis B is transferred by breast feeding if the infant is vaccinated. See the connection für more info about HBV below. a gro is hbvadvocate.orgßer web site for information.
Best wishes for you.

through Snout, your decision brings, on for and nauseates to balance, with itself.

Lamivudine is looked at safe in pregnancy in general although we can never have determined 100 percent. Maybe it reduces well the chances to your baby development, that are infected, significantly, although distinguishes views on it there, how certain we go therefore können.

In weighing on the for and I would nauseate the most belief on the advice of somebody, that knows your certain medical story well, places and this likely, to let completed most, is and knowledge of the newest stand over the clinical questions, your specialist.

I think, that your specialist and the brochure are both right over breast feeding, HBV is found in breast milk, but should be unlikely to cause infection, provided, hep B immunoglobulin is used.

But I would be induced more to listen to your specialist, who gets done expressly with your case, as a brochure, or one internet place!, which can give only general information.

through miss_bri... hello, sad about your bad news matter is, this is not the first time, somebody had a bad diagnosis in her/its/their pregnancy..

I was diagnosed pregnant with 36 weeks with HIV. You/they immediately placed other Pläne in place for me. I glided the credit of a natürlicher birth and nursing however I, was told that of statuses because of my HIV, that I would need medication 3 to be exact including the Lamivudine.

I was given also the election in order to have a c-Teil and was said, that to reduce the risk of the transmission to my child, who would be it better for formula feed. Again, it was also asked to do me to help, my child to reduzieren\'s-Risiko this Transmission, that I would have her/it/them pregnant sooner than 40 with 38 weeks.

I was excited, my first child, probably my last, followed all my doctors I respects and my child now 16 months, however, is gladly healthy and didn\'t infect with HIV at the important.

I would propose to follow your docters recomendations because they better only sometimes know!

Hopes I, that this helps, know myself, you alot-Rennen through your mind as a pregnant woman through what goes, but I propose that you have beliefs in itself, in your unborn child in God and your doctors,

Take her/its/their advice that every precaution, that she/it take, reduces a small one little more the risk of the transmission.

Luck is strong and white with God that all matters are possible.
