Was everyone pregnant, during nursing of 6 months old?

I have a 6 month old and got only a positive pregnancy examination! Did this happen to somebody ever?? my midwife said it "shouldnt" happens, so that I scared become, I will have a miscarriage! Place to nurse you away? None help and encouragement to it wäre big. Mütter with this experience please only!
