Nursing (when pumping, during pregnant,)?

Could somebody please, do you explain me why, if you nursed already with your first baby, and became pregnant why his/its O.K. one for you, that continued, to work as a nurse, or pumps? Wouldn\'t it still causes contractions and möglicherweise premature work?

And in this case, if would decide not to work as a nurse, after he/it had born you your first baby, or pump and your milk supply are dried up, and during your second pregnancy, you start to let pass colostrum.... you could start to pump before you bear your second child?
