How can you tell if you are pregnant while you nurse?

I know, that you can get prenant, while you nurse, and I also know that you can become pregnant before your first period. What are some of the signs, thereß you will have, does this let you known that you must take a pg-Prüfung?

I am with my 4. Third pregnant, während I nursed. I always become sick and this baby doesn\'t does this resembling more less a Zeiten-Weg as a nurse on a Zeiten-Weise.
