Can you continue nursing during pregnant?

I found out only yesterday that I with my 4. Child pregnant is,... and I am already 19 weeks!! my jüngstes is 7 months, and she/it was nursed exclusively with it to only add last month solids. Is it sure to continue nursing? Thanks!
