Can I take fenugreek for nursing during pregnant?

I have a 5 month old that I nurse, but taking of fenugreek, in order to help with my milk supply. , ICH\'ve almost lost my milk, and found only out un pregnant. Can still take fenugreek i? Plz helps!!!

You/they should not take any fenugreek during pregnant because maybe it stimulates the uterus and contractions cause.
