Can I be pregnant while I nursed, and on the small pill? Repost?

I didn\'t have any stings and a very smooth birth, my period went down two weeks after birth to brown the trickle, and during this time, I had sex with my hubby. One week später, 3 weeks of birth, I began the small pill and red thin blood discovers meanwhile ich\'ve that I listened thoug to the young pill its normal. ICHhatte \'ve today the whole day and the Gefühl headspins a little unwell with it my first although was, I could be again pregnant? I know his/its mögliches, but is it likely?
